On Monday, we bid farewell to one of Heber Elementary’s exceptional counselors, Mrs. Rosa Nava.
 
For the past nine years, Mrs. Nava has been an invaluable part of our school community, always going above and beyond to support our students and families. She developed impactful programs like “Hawk Talks,” which provided critical guidance to our 8th graders, and she was deeply committed to teaching lessons on self-awareness and respect.
 
Her dedication and excellence in school counseling were nationally recognized in 2021 with the prestigious RAMP Award, and her efforts played a key role in helping Heber School attain this esteemed national recognition.
 
While it’s never easy to say goodbye, we are immensely grateful for the lasting contributions Mrs. Nava has made to our school and community. Best of luck, Mrs. Nava—we know you’ll continue to do incredible work!
