WHO WE ARE

Fiscal Services is the operational foundation that transforms district priorities into sustainable action through responsible stewardship, effective systems, strategic resource allocation, and collaborative leadership. We are committed to providing the financial leadership and operational support that make our district priorities possible by ensuring resources are managed responsibly, systems operate efficiently, and departments have the support they need to serve students.

Led by the Director of Fiscal Services/CBO, the Fiscal Services Division oversees Business Services and provides operational leadership and support for Human Resources, Child Nutrition Services, Maintenance, Operations & Transportation, and Technology Services. Together, we build strong systems, promote fiscal integrity, foster organizational excellence, and create the conditions necessary for student success across Heber Elementary School District.
