Human Resources is committed to building the people, culture, and organizational capacity that make our district priorities possible. Through strategic workforce planning, talent development, employee support, and responsible personnel practices, we help ensure Heber Elementary School District attracts, develops, and retains a highly qualified workforce dedicated to student success.
Led by the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Department oversees recruitment and hiring, employee relations, credentialing, classification and compensation, benefits administration, labor relations, performance management, and professional growth. Working collaboratively with all departments, we foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and service while supporting the success of every employee and every student.
